Mr. Bent holds an MBA in General Management, Bsc. and diploma in Electrical Engineering, and project management certification. He is a registered professional engineer, licensed electrician and licensed government electrical inspector with training in several areas such as:
- HVAC design, implementation and maintenance.
- High voltage design (sub-division)
- UPS systems
- Elevator systems
- Generator systems
- Fire protection and detection systems
- Data and telecommunication systems
- Intrusion and alarm
- Access and CCTV systems
- Electrical systems
- Solar PV systems
Mr. Bent also has over fifteen (15) years of experience as an MEP consulting engineer specializing in building services and energy efficiency solutions. He has over twenty-five (25) years of experience as an electrician and have led the MAB team on numerous small, medium, and large electrical installation projects.

Mr. Greene holds an honorary Bsc. in Mechanical Engineering, with over ten (10) years of experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer specializing in building services such as:

- Plumbing systems
- Sewage and stormwater systems
Mr. Rose holds an honorary Bsc. in Electrical Engineering, with over ten (10) years of experience as an Electrical Design Engineer specializing in building services such as:
